Damiana – one of the most famous herbs when libido and fertility enhancing are in question. Choose dry flowers.
Rose petals - if you are looking to add a bit of beauty and sensuality to our tea or just want to relax, choose dry rose petals or buds.

What to blend with what?
We recommend you start with small quantities and just add a small amount of one ingredient. Don't use more than one at first as the result might be different from what you have expected. Black tea goes great with guarana, cinnamon, rose petals, damiana, dark chocolate drops (or cacao nibs!), ginger, chili and sugar hearts. Green tea blends well with pomegranate, ginger, rose petals, guarana and pine nuts. White tea is almost the best option for chili, rose petals and pomegranate and rooibos goes great with chili, cinnamon and dark chocolate. You can try any combination, or drink herbs like damiana, ginger or rose petals on their own.
