Can anyone help me with some advice? I bought one pretty gaiwan, but don't know how to use it. Every single time I manage to burn myself. I am aware that I might need some practice, but don't even know where to start.
Bag, Gaiwan, not Gaiwana. It's a Chinese brewing vessel, much similar to a cup, but with a lid. It's easy to use once you get a hold of it. Amy, start with delicate green teas maybe, the water won't be so hot. And check out some video tutorials, they might be very helpful.
