1. Hello everyone! Here's my question: Does milk affect the health benefits of tea?I know it might sound weird, and pardon me but there have been news (which might actually have been old news) that adding milk could lessen the tea's heart-healthy potentials. Is there a bit of truth behind it? :huh:I'd love to hear your thoughts!

  2. Not quite sure about that though. There were actually news saying that milk in tea "COULD" but some research says effects are not as substantial. But why not just enjoy your tea the way it is? :)

I ain't sure about this but in my opinion, nope. I mean, what's in the milk. Seems pretty harmless.

I think it does. In varying effects actually. I did a little research but I'm not gonna post the link here. ;)It says the protein components in milk might actually hinder the antioxidant activity of tea.

  6. Well yeah I think so too. More research studies claim so.

Heard of it too. I think the issue with milk is closely tied to the antioxidants in tea. But I guess its on the milk affecting how the antioxidants function and not the absorption of antioxidants from tea.
