I have to admit, I like Kombucha tea. From hear-say I am told it is healthy and the natural ingredients are a turn on for me, but I've honestly never done a lot of research into what exactly you get from drinking tea and fermented mushrooms. From what I can gather, you get the antioxidants of drinking tea, plus some vitamin B from the mushroom.
