I made a tea pot of this chai and chocolate tea. I went to serve it and the taste was so bitter. We couldn't drink it. I love chai tea, but this is the worst. Anyone else ever try this one!I would like to know!
You may have steeped it too long. We use real chocolate in the tea and if you 'burn' the chocolate by over-steeping, it can taste bitter especially since dark chocolate is bitter. It's intended to be a mild cup. Adding a touch of milk is nice as well if you're used to milk-chocolate. Let me know
It still taste quite bitter. Only steeped it a little and it taste realy bitter.Sorry .. Maybe it's me.. But I love chai tea and I love chocolate. Maybe the 2 together for me do not click..
That's possible - I'd offer you a refund, but I believe you received the tea for free from a referral. Here's a 15% off coupon if you'd like to try anything else. code: SAMPLE15Thank you for the feedback and Enjoy! Will
I did not want a refund. I was vey lucky to order from Tea House. I am planning on placing another order so the discount will work fine.I think you have a lot of nice teas ans a great collection at that. Thank you for answering my email.Did I use too much tea for a large tea pot. Did it take the whole pkg to make one pot?
Ok great! It sounds like, most likely, you used way too much tea. A typical kettle is around 2 or 2.5 cups. You should only use one tablespoon per cup of water. For each of our teas, we list the brewing instruction on the larger bags and on the product page of our website. Look under the tea image and you'll find the background the tea blend, the ingredients, the known health benefits, origin, user reviews, etc. Enjoy!
Well That stinks. I thought it was maybe a one tea pot pkg. Thats why we could not drink it. Live and Learn. thank you kindly. Will maybe try something different the nexy time. Put instructions on the pkg next time.
