The last two times I went to the gym I drank peach tree oolong and it really did engergize my workout. It makes it a little more entertaining too. I'll let you know if I feel extra strength or notice extra weight loss.
The only thing that gets me out on a cold morning is a steaming cup of Earl Grey. I put it in my sealable mug and pop it in the water holder on the elliptical! By the time I've finished my drink (and my warmup) I'm good to go :)
