Did you know that there are natural solutions to serious sleeping disorders such as insomnia? Rooibos tea and chamomile teas help calm the nerves and can get you in a good tranquil vibe before bed. We also have concocted a delicious Sleepytime or Bedtime tea that we call Bedtime Chai that has valerian root and really helps put you to sleep and get a full nights rest. What other natural sleeping aides are out there?

From what I understand; mints, basils and thymes also help to relax you. I've put mints and basils in my teas and they taste good. Not sure how thyme would taste. I can vouch for the Bedtime Chai. It really works and I'm a chronic insomniac, so when I find something that works, I use it!

I'm going to have to pick up some Bedtime Chai on my next order. I'll let you know if my sleep patterns get any better.

I have not heard about treatment of insomnia from tea. I think this information will be very useful me. I'm a caffeine addict. I wish one day I would be able to leave drinking so much of coffee.
