Tea is extremely diverse. The way people enjoy their tea is just as varied. How do you sweeten your tea? Do you sweeten your tea? I prefer using a local honey, if I sweeten my tea at all.
I got used to drinking my tea straight while in a college dorm and have never switched back completely.However, I'll use sugar or honey to rescue a slightly overbrewed tea and occasionally enjoy a little lemon and honey as complements when I've got a cold. Elise
I sweeten my teas with Stevia. It's natural and has no calories. I use Truvia brand because the packets are just the right amount for my taste. I have found a supplier for unprocessed Stevia that I'm going to try though.
