I love tea. I love reading. Now, if I get a couple quiet minutes to myself, there's nothing I love more than curling up with my favorite book on my kindle, and a great cup of tea. I love reading romance, or sci-fi/fantasy. Who is your favorite author? What's your favorite tea to drink while you read? Are you a paperback person, or an ereader?
I'm not sure of my favorite author, there's too many good ones. I love Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, Charles Bukowski, Sherman Alexie....the list goes on. Right now I'm reading The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test by Tom Wolfe. It's great! If I'm reading in the morning I usually like a green, white, or chai tea. If I'm reading in the afternoon or night, something herbal, maybe lichi or hibiscus. I never read online, it hurts my eyes! I am a sucker for old school tradition. Always paperback, preferably second, or third (or older) hand. I like to see other people's experiences on the pages.
I don't really have a favorite author... I really like fistion that has a historic or archeological theme... I especially like those that jump from past to present and have a supernatural component. I also read a lot of non-fiction, depending on my latest interest! I'm currently a book reader, although I'd like to eventually get an e-reader. I do love to sit outside with ANY tea and read.
