I wouldn't say I've fallen in love just for one passion in common, but I do think it happens all the time! I think a like for similar music or sports is probably very common.
in my opinion. What else makes us want to be around others long term? I mean attraction at first, but you can't hang around someone more than a year or so based solely on physical attraction. You have to share daily experiences; humor, entertainment, hobbies, even tea!
All the time. I love exploring another's mind regarding foods and what excites their own taste buds. When I commit in my mind how great a dessert or such type is, I assume everyone must feel the same. But I come to a rude awakening that sometimes, but not always, not everyone appreciates a great bowl of vanilla ice cream with kahlua on top.
My Taller Half and I fell in love on small things like similar music and class schedule, but we keep falling over small things like coffee, tea, Netflix, and our kitten :) It's so wonderful to sit back enjoying a movie with a warm cuppa. He prefers darker teas, straight, and I enjoy them all!
I fell in love with my husband at a restaurant over, yes, a cup of tea. While we are complete opposites, I fell in love with his beautiful heart. And as a fellow tea drinker, how could I not resist a man who loves a good cup of tea? I'm from a small college town, and he's from the big apple! But, after 13 years, it's funny to remember that it all started over a good cup of tea.
My husband and I met over motorcycles of all things. We both ride and met through that. In the past 8 years that we've been together, we've obviously found other things we have in common... some (not all) music, reading (though not necessarilly content), the outdoors (although he likes the heat and I can't take it anymore)... and he's a coffee drinker... not tea. But it's fun discovering interests and quirks!
Awww, how sweet! My husband and I had tea themed wedding. We also like to end the night with a cup of Bedtime Chai to relax our minds right before bed.
I know this is sooo late, again, as with my other forum replies, OOOhh where have I been :SJust a short share, my boyfriend and I fell in love with a puppy. We both love dogs and it really grew a lot serious. Hahaha. Say, it isn't puppy love, ayt?
